Handmade And Customized Items

Andersense Magic Arms products are handmade/customized plush accessories. We do not accept ordinary returns or exchanges for handmade or customized items after the order has been prepared or shipped.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at andersensestudio@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate next step.

Plush Toy Not Included

Our product is the outfit/card accessory only. The peanut plush toy shown in product photos is not included.

Customization

Customized card text is made according to the order details submitted by the customer. Please check spelling and wording carefully before placing your order.
